Stewardship and Finance Committee
The Stewardship Team is responsible for the financial processes of the church, plus coordination of the following:
Time and Talent worksheets
Special Reports to Presbytery
Financial Processes include:
Receiving all Donations and categorizing as applicable
Processing all expenditures via an automated financial database
Preparing the budget for each fiscal/calendar year
Reporting financial status monthly via reports submitted to the Session
Acquiring Insurance on all church property and liabilities
The Stewardship Team meets The Saturday before the monthly Session meeting. Visitors and prospective members are always welcome.

All Ministry Team Budget Worksheets are due to Stewardship Team.

Proposed 2011 Budget developed by Stewardship Team.
October 11, 2010 – Session Meeting
Proposed 2011 Budget is shared with Session.
November 9th, 2010
2011 Stewardship Letter/Time & Talent Sheets/ Pledge Cards are mailed to Congregation.

Stewardship Team reviews the 2011 Budget at a called Congregational Meeting followed by a question and answer session. 2011 Pledges and Time and Talent Sheets received from the Congregation.
December 13, 2010 – Session Meeting
Final 2011 Budget is approved by Session.
